At Panacea Brewing Company, we are passionate about crafting unique and delicious beverages that bring people together. Our journey began in 1993 when Artie and Robin started experimenting with fermentation, and we've been perfecting our craft ever since. From our humble beginnings in a small kitchen to our current location in Wilmington, NC, we've grown organically, one batch of booch at a time.

Our Story

In the early days, Artie and Robin would brew their own kombucha and beer, sharing it with friends and family. As demand grew, they launched Panacea Brewing Company in 2016 from the Burgaw Incubator Kitchen. We started selling our kombucha at farmers' markets and at events, and people went wild for our unique flavors and probiotic-rich beverages.

Visit Us

Come visit us at our Taproom and Kitchen located in Anderson Square Shopping Center, 4107 Oleander Drive, Unit H, Wilmington, NC 28403. We're open Wednesday to Saturday, 11 am to 8 pm, and closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Sundays are reserved for brunch from 11 am to 3 pm.
