Soccer Maine

Our Mission

Soccer Maine is a statewide non-profit association dedicated to fostering the development of youth soccer across the state of Maine. Officially affiliated with both the US Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), we work to create a vibrant and inclusive environment where young players can learn, grow, and enjoy the beautiful game.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of programs and services to support youth soccer in Maine, including:

1. Competitive Programs

• Organizing and managing competitive leagues for various age groups.
• Providing opportunities for players to participate in USYSA-sanctioned tournaments.
• Offering training programs and clinics for young players and coaches.

2. Recreational & Educational Programs

• Developing instructional programs for beginners to learn the basics of soccer.
• Organizing TOPSoccer programs, which cater to children with different abilities.
• Partnering with USYSA to offer an Olympic Development Program (ODP) for talented young players.

3. Support & Resources

• Connecting players and teams with tournaments and programs outside of Maine.
• Providing education and resources for players, coaches, and parents.
• Offering risk management programs and educational workshops.
