Paramount Construction Group

Paramount Construction Group was founded in November 2010 with a clear mission: to deliver outstanding performance, results, and customer satisfaction on every project. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we combine military discipline with construction expertise to serve clients in Jackson, Ridgeland, and Madison, Mississippi, as well as across the southeastern United States. Our team specializes in general contracting, construction management, and design-build project delivery, leveraging decades of collective experience to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client goals. We self-perform critical tasks with skilled tradesmen while strategically coordinating subcontractors to maximize value. Our focus on preconstruction planning, hazard analysis, and constructability reviews minimizes change orders and accelerates timelines. With over $100 million in completed contracts, we handle projects ranging from minor repairs to large-scale design-build developments.

Our Construction Management team excels in scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, supported by seasoned professionals with 10 - 20 years of on-site experience. We prioritize safety through mandatory OSHA training and HAZWOPER certifications, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards. Our leadership team, including President Jonathan McDaniel, brings specialized expertise in federal projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other public and private entities. We are committed to preserving historic structures while integrating modern functionality, demonstrating versatility across building construction, heavy civil works, and specialty trades. Our growth reflects our dedication to client-centric values, technical excellence, and continuous improvement in construction services.
