Williamsburg Community Preschool

At Williamsburg Community Preschool (WCP), we believe in fostering a love for learning and nurturing young minds in a safe and nurturing environment. We are an outstanding private, non-profit preschool in Williamsburg, Iowa, and have been proudly serving the community since (founding year).

Our Philosophy

We are dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of every child. Our experienced and nurturing teachers create a stimulating and engaging learning environment where children can explore their potential and discover their unique talents.

3-Year-Old Program (Junior Class)

• Morning sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00am - 10:30am
• Small class size with dedicated teacher
• Curriculum focused on social-emotional development, literacy, and pre-math skills
• Tuition: $75/month

4-Year-Old Program (Senior Class)

• Flexible scheduling: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Two sessions per day: AM (8:00am - 11:20am) and PM (12:00pm - 3:20pm)
• Free tuition covered by the State of Iowa's Voluntary Preschool Program
• Emphasis on exploration, creativity, and early learning skills

Special Notes for 5-Year-Olds

We understand the need for additional programs for young learners not quite ready for Kindergarten. While we cannot guarantee spots for 5-year-olds, we maintain a waiting list for those who qualify.

Transportation and Assistance

Transportation options are available through Iowa County Transportation. Additionally, tuition or transportation assistance may be available to eligible families.
