Dennis Ginder, a well-known leader and contributor to the local industry, founded Encore Homes of North Florida. With over 25 years of experience in the industry and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida, Dennis has worked in almost every phase of the industry with multiple companies in the market area. After recognizing the need for a more close-knit organization, Dennis formed Encore Homes of North Florida in late 2017, bringing his extensive experience and long-lasting relationships with local trades and vendors to ensure unparalleled customer service and dedication for clients.
