McCracken's Gymnastics, Swim, and Fitness has been a staple in the community for providing high-quality instruction in gymnastics, swimming, and fitness for all ages. Founded with the mission to expose as many children as possible to the fundamentals of swimming, we have since expanded our offerings to include gymnastics classes, team gymnastics, day camps, skills clinics, and fitness programs. Our experienced and dedicated staff is committed to fostering an environment that promotes skill development, physical fitness, and personal growth.

Gymnastics

At McCracken's, we offer a comprehensive gymnastics program for both girls and boys. Our classes cater to all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, and focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Our experienced coaches use a progressive teaching approach, ensuring that each student master the necessary skills before moving on to the next level. We offer both recreational classes and competitive team opportunities for those looking to take their gymnastics skills to the next level.

Our girls gymnastics program includes instruction on Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise. Our boys gymnastics program focuses on Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar. We also offer Parent-Tot gymnastics classes for children aged 2-3, providing a fun and interactive way for parents and children to bond while learning the basics of gymnastics.

Swim School

Our swim school aims to teach children the fundamentals of swimming in a safe and controlled environment. Our experienced instructors use a proven teaching method that emphasizes water safety, stroke technique, and endurance. We offer classes for children aged 3 and up, with a focus on building confidence and proficiency in the water. Our classes run during the summer months, with registration beginning in March.

Fitness Programs

In addition to our gymnastics and swim programs, we offer a variety of fitness classes for all ages and skill levels. Our classes include cardio, pilates, indoor cycling, yoga, beginners aerobics, and muscle build. Our experienced trainers use a progressive teaching approach, ensuring that each student master the necessary skills before moving on to the next level. We offer both group and individual training sessions, providing flexible options for those looking to improve their fitness and overall health.
