Riverside Appliance Repair, LLC is proudly owned and operated by Josh Tilley, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. After serving his country with distinction and being honorably discharged, Josh joined the New Bern Fire Rescue. During his time as a fireman, he maintained a side job repairing and servicing household appliances. In August 2019, Josh and his wife Susie founded Riverside Appliance Repair in order to offer prompt and affordable repair services to Craven, Carteret, and Lenoir Counties.

Committed to Our Community

Josh and Susie are long-time residents of Craven County and are deeply committed to the local community. With four wonderful children, they understand the importance of providing quality services at fair prices. Susie is an employee of FRC East and serves on the executive board of Rivertowne Players community theatre. In their spare time, Josh and Susie enjoy going to Crossfit Burn, fishing, and supporting local community events.
