At Patients Choice Medical and Therapy, we are a dedicated network healthcare provider with six clinics located across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. We offer comprehensive medical services, including rehabilitative care and therapy, to treat work-related, accident, and sports injuries. Our staff consists of Board Certified Medical Doctors, Occupational and Physical Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Psychologists.
