The condos featured a range of amenities and services, including a clubhouse, private beach, steam room, sauna, outdoor pool, and outdoor shower. Residents also appreciated the friendly doorman and security team.
Management and Maintenance
However, the management and maintenance of the building were criticized by several reviewers. Todd Roman reported poor communication and unpleasant interaction with the manager, Lisa. Roger Morris had a particularly negative experience, citing defective plumbing and refusal to repair it. They are currently undergoing a lawsuit against the building and management company.

Despite the issues with management, some reviewers still enjoyed their stay and praised the building's cleanliness and ocean views.
