At the helm of PFG Construction is Russell McKee, our President. Driven by his extensive 30-year tenure in the construction sector, Russell brings a wealth of knowledge and a steadfast dedication to excellence. His career trajectory, spanning extensive experience in HVAC, culminating in a successful run as a chief engineer and construction manager, has bestowed upon him a unique perspective that empowers him to anticipate and address client needs with unparalleled insight.

Rosie McKee, our Chief Financial Officer, holds over 10 years of valuable experience guiding the financial operations of PFG Construction. Beyond managing all accounting functions, Rosie's expertise extends to estimating, collections, and personnel management. Her dedication to cultivating strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors has proven invaluable to our success.

Our team is further bolstered by the expertise of Clark Ward, our Senior Project Manager. Clark's experience ensures projects are executed smoothly and efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of quality. Jacquelynn Autry, our Estimator, brings 13 years of comprehensive industry knowledge to her role. Starting her journey with PFG during her freshman year at the University of Houston, Jacquelynn has traversed the entire construction spectrum, gaining hands-on experience from site work to complex project estimations. This diverse background has equipped her with an acute understanding of project timelines, material costs, and the intricacies of building strong vendor and client relationships.

Our field supervisors, Ryan Clark and Andrew Renk, exemplify dedication and skill. Ryan, with his 15 years of experience as a carpenter and project supervisor, possesses an impressive portfolio of accomplishments, overseeing projects across various sectors, including the pivotal medical and office renovation industries. Andrew, our newest team member, brings a fresh perspective and unwavering enthusiasm to PFG. His background as a decorated Eagle Scout and his passion for global mission relief, where he utilizes his construction expertise to rebuild lives, underscore his commitment to service and excellence.
