Our history dates back to 1975 when the Roanoke Apostolic Christian Church purchased the skilled nursing facility. Since then, we have been dedicated to serving our community by providing compassionate care to the elderly and infirm. We are a charitable, not-for-profit entity, which means that our focus is on providing high-quality care rather than generating profits. We are licensed for Medicare and Medicaid residents and accept residents from all denominations. Our building is equipped with 52 skilled private or semi-private beds, ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and care.

Our mission is to provide quality care that reflects Christian love, respect, and concern for the senior population of our church and community. We strive to meet the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of our residents, ensuring that they feel comfortable and supported throughout their stay.

Living Options

We offer a variety of living options for our residents, including skilled nursing services, apartments, and duplex services. Each living option is designed to cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents, ensuring that they feel at home and receive the level of care they require.

Our skilled nursing facility provides 24-hour care and support for residents who require a higher level of assistance. Our staff is trained to provide personalized care, including bathing, hairdressing, dining, toileting, therapy, and much more. We also offer therapy services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, to help our residents return to their prior level of function.

Our apartments and duplex services offer more independent living options for residents who do not require skilled nursing care but still need some support. These living options provide a comfortable and safe environment for our residents, with access to on-site amenities and services.
