Schiller, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, is dedicated to providing personalized care and support to our patients.

Our Services

As a seasoned nurse practitioner with over 38 years of experience, Patricia Schiller brings a broad background in critical care, medical-surgical, oncology, and occupational medicine to her practice. Her extensive experience has given her a unique understanding of the interconnectedness of mental, spiritual, and physical health, which informs her approach to patient care. Her practice focuses on medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and brief therapy, as well as referrals for additional support when needed.

• Mood Disorders: depression, dysthymia, premenstrual dysphoria, and bipolar disorders
• Anxiety and Panic: generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, and nightmares
• Trauma: post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and other common issues

Telehealth Platform

We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions, allowing patients the flexibility to receive care from the comfort of their own homes. This convenient option enables patients to access our services without the need for in-person visits.

Insurance and Payment

We participate with CDPHP and some BCBS commercial plans, making it easier for patients to access our services. Please note that we do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid plans.

Get Involved

As a way to give back to the community, we will be introducing our "therapy dog" program, featuring English mastiffs trained to provide emotional support and comfort to our patients. We encourage patients to ask about this program and how they can participate.
