Business Operations and Staff
Pietro's has faced criticism from several customers regarding their business operations and staff. Loretta Harris and Michael Cook both experienced issues with high charges and incompetent staff. Harris was charged $4 for using a credit card machine, while Cook felt that staff forgot his orders and blamed him for walking out without them.
Food Quality
Some customers have criticized the food quality, while others have had positive experiences. Shawnta Pulliam felt that the portions were small, and Warren Hano mentioned that the garlic bread, garlic knots, and pepperoni pizza were all perfect. Roderick, on the other hand, was disappointed with the kitchen sink pizza, stating that it was not cooked all the way through and the ingredients seemed canned.
