Our Team

Dave, the owner and president of Vander Linden Construction, has been in the building industry for over 40 years. He is a second generation builder who took over the business at the age of 20 when his father passed away. Dave wears many hats well, but it is his attention to detail, quality control, and outstanding customer relations that have built VLC's exceptional reputation.

Sue, the vice president of Vander Linden Construction, joined the team in 2007 after a 20-year career in elementary teaching and 6 years in higher education. Sue provides as much or as little help as clients want with new home or project selections. She enjoys helping clients with vendor appointments and finding great product pricing to stay within budget allowances.
