With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, David Lundberg is a managing partner at Commercial Equity Partners. David has a proven track record of success in raising capital, purchasing property, and negotiating deals. His dedication to his clients is unparalleled, and he is known for his exceptional client service. In his free time, David gives back to the Central Florida community, having organized the 5K River Oaks Run for six years, raising over $100,000 for vulnerable and at-risk children.

Greg Kainz, Managing Partner

Greg Kainz is a managing partner at Commercial Equity Partners, with a background in commercial real estate and banking. Greg entered the commercial real estate industry through banking, gaining experience as a commercial lender and managing a team of 25 employees. Greg is passionate about commercial real estate and enjoys working with the Central Florida community. He has developed numerous commercial properties in Central Florida and has helped numerous businesses find new spaces to better accommodate their needs.
