Spa Etiquette

Welcome to Special Effects, where you will not only receive the highest level of service and treatments available, but you will be treated like a member of our ever-growing family. To make your visit as enjoyable as possible, we ask that you follow some simple guidelines:

Appointment Policy

We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance to ensure your preferred date, time, and stylist. For three or more services, we require a major credit card to guarantee reservations.

Spa Apparel

Spa robes and slippers are provided for your added comfort. Garment bags are also provided for your personal belongings. We recommend leaving jewelry at home.

Minimum Age

To enjoy the spa facility, guests must be at least 16 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows (more than 6) or cancellations may result in additional fees or penalties.

Business Hours

We are open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
