Pal Kokity, LMT, has been a licensed massage therapist for 19+ years. With a strong passion for bodywork, Pal specializes in rehabilitative bodywork, blending Myofascial Release, cranial-sacral, and bio-energetic therapies. This unique approach has helped people of all ages, from head to toe, achieve a state of well-being and healing.

Passion for Bodywork

Bodywork is not just a job for Pal; it's a passion. Growing up on the other side of Illinois, Pal discovered his love for working with his hands and helping people. It was his introduction to Usui Reiki Ryoho in 2003 that finally connected everything together for him. This introduction led him to begin his general bodywork training in January 2004 and fall in love with massage.
