We have become the leader in professional land development, commercial construction, and project management. Over the years, we have extended our expertise to projects in Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky. We develop healthcare facilities, retail stores, food service establishments, as well as many other forms of commercial and industrial construction projects.

Our History

McRae Enterprises, LLC was founded by Micah McRae, who started his career as a site foreman for a residential construction company. Micah gained extensive knowledge of various aspects of construction, including excavation, site-work, foundation installation, utility installation, concrete work, drainage improvement, irrigation, and landscaping. He later mastered interior construction, including structural framing, flooring, trim carpentry, mechanicals, and interior finishes.

In 2006, Micah founded McRae Enterprises, LLC, and began working on sizable insurance restoration projects and high-end residential remodeling. Over the years, the company branched into commercial construction and refined its business model to focus solely on commercial development and commercial construction projects.

Today, McRae Enterprises, LLC is a premier commercial general contractor in the greater Louisville and South Central Indiana market. We have completed numerous successful and sizable commercial projects, and our team continues to grow and expand its expertise.
