Our History

Shag Rug La was founded by Dewey Whitehead in 1968. Our original location was on the corner of 3500 South Bangerter Highway in West Valley City. Since then, our company has been owned and operated by three generations of the Whitehead Family. While our store has relocated, our family values and dedication to our customers have not changed.
