The Design and Build Process

Our comprehensive design-build process is designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish:

• Collaborative Design: During our initial consultation, we actively listen to your ideas, aspirations, and functional requirements, offering expert suggestions and drawing upon our extensive experience to create a pool design that reflects your unique vision.
• Site Survey and Budget Preparation: To ensure accuracy and efficiency, please bring a to-scale, up-to-date site survey to your consultation. We encourage pre-approved project financing to facilitate informed design choices and explore various options that align with your budget goals.
• Detailed Design and Quotation: Within two business weeks of our initial meeting, you will receive detailed 2D plan drawings and artistic 3D visuals of your proposed pool, along with a comprehensive line-item project quotation. These will provide a clear roadmap of your project, including dimensions and specifications, allowing for adjustments based on your feedback.
• Contract and Permitting: Once you have chosen Innovative Pools Inc., we will provide a DocuSign contract for your electronic signature. We handle all necessary county, city, or architectural review board paperwork and associated permit fees, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process for you.
• Construction Scheduling and Material Selection: Your project will be scheduled to commence on a specific week date. You will receive a detailed document outlining our construction techniques and projected timeline. We will guide you through the selection of decking, coping, tile, and interior finishes for your pool, offering expertise and samples to help you make the best choices for your vision.
