Our Services

CPI provides a comprehensive range of precision machining and assembly services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with a wide array of cutting-edge machinery, enabling us to handle projects of varying sizes and complexities with pinpoint accuracy.

Our machining capabilities include:

• CNC Turning: We offer a fleet of CNC lathes with capacities ranging from 8" to 32" chucks, and a maximum between-centers distance of up to 500 inches. Many of our lathes feature large spindle bores up to 15 inches, accommodating a wide range of workpiece sizes.
• CNC Milling: We operate a range of 5-axis mills capable of handling workpieces with up to 200 inches of travel. These machines boast exceptional precision and versatility, allowing us to create complex geometries with ease.
• High-Speed Horizontal Machining Centers: Our horizontal machining centers are equipped with multi-pallet systems and rapid traverse rates of 2500 IPM, enabling us to dramatically reduce production times while maintaining exceptional accuracy. They are capable of generating spindle speeds up to 14,000 RPM.
• Wire EDM: CPI maintains multiple wire EDM machines with a maximum burn height of 32 inches, allowing us to precisely machine complex shapes in a wide range of conductive materials. This technology is particularly well-suited for applications requiring intricate contours and extremely tight tolerances.

In addition to our machining expertise, CPI also provides comprehensive assembly and pressure testing services. Our facility features a dedicated pressure testing area capable of withstanding pressures up to 50 feet.
