Airport Information

The Myrtle Beach International Airport spans over 3,795 acres and boasts one runway (designated 18/36) with a surface of asphalt and concrete that measures 9,503 x 150 ft. Myrtle Beach Aviation is one of three general aviation terminals in Horry County owned by the Horry County Department of Airports. The other airports under the department's management include Conway-Horry County Airport (HYW), Grand Strand Airport (CRE), and Loris-Twin Cities Airport.

In addition to Myrtle Beach Aviation, the Horry County Department of Airports manages two other general aviation airports in Horry County, including:

• Conway-Horry County Airport (HYW): Located five miles west of Conway on Hwy 378, this airport serves general aviation aircraft with parking, refueling, and maintenance.
• Grand Strand Airport (CRE): Located between Highway 17 Business and the Intercoastal Waterway in the City of North Myrtle Beach, this airport serves private and corporate aircraft with parking, refueling, and maintenance.

The Loris-Twin Cities Airport, located on Hwy 301, two miles northeast of Loris, is an unattended public use airport.

Jet A with additive is available at $4.22 per gallon. Self-service AvGas is available at $4.59 per gallon, and Jet A is free.
