Our History

Our firm was founded by Dr. Dan Cullan, one of the first doctor-lawyers in the United States. Dr. Cullan was a renowned advocate for children who suffered needless birth injuries as well as others who suffered serious injury or death. He was a Co-Founder of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice; Past-President of the American College of Legal Medicine, a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, and recognized as one of the top 100 civil trial lawyers in the United States.
