MetalWorks, founded in 2003, is a leading manufacturer of components for the service station canopy market in North America. We are known for our top-quality canopy panels, deck clips, and long gutters & trims. Our company is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, work quality, and competitive pricing. Our Services and Products

At MetalWorks, we specialize in the fabrication of 20G pre-painted galvanized and galvalume steel and.040 pre-painted aluminum components (panels, gutters, trims, etc.) used in service station canopies. We also produce galvanized components (cee-channels, zee purlins, angles, etc.) in the 20-gauge to 10-gauge range. Our employees have years of experience in roll forming & stamping high-volume products, forming both long shapes & small parts, plus general sheet metal fabrication (shearing, punching, bending, etc.)

We offer several choices in colors & gauges in both smooth and embossed finishes. We manufacture a 12G high-quality deck clip used by many throughout the canopy industry. Additionally, we offer toll processing of customers' materials for panels, gutters, trim, and components.

Facility and Capabilities

MetalWorks moved into a new, 40,000 S.F. facility in Oakwood, Georgia in late 2015 and another 12,000 S.F. building in the first half of 2023. Our buildings are equipped with (4) five-ton and (4) seven-and-a-half-ton overhead cranes. Our two Bradbury panel roll forming lines are tooled to roll a 3" x 16" Panel, a 3" x 12" Panel (same type as MBCI Classic Series or the Superior Mason Flat Pan J-Series), and a 2.5" x 12" Snaplock Panel (same as the Grand Prix type/style, the MBCI Qwiklok Panel or the Superior Mason E-Z-Lok Flat Panel).

Our new Bradbury line, starting mid-year 2023, will punch and roll form Cees, Zees, angles, and trim from 20 gauge to 10 gauge. We have a fleet of 53' Long Flat Bed Trucks & Trailers and ship nationwide.

About Our Canopy Panels

Canopy Panels from MetalWorks are designed to meet the needs of modern canopies. Our P16 Panel is a 3" tall panel that can be run with a 16" or a 12" wide face. Typically, the finished color will be visible on the bottom side of the panel, but these can be run with the finish on the inside/top of the panel. These panels are ideal for long spans required for modern canopies due to their structural quality. These panels are usually installed as unhung panels using our Deck Clips. The MetalWorks 3" panels are the same type as the MBCI Classic Series.
