At Hearne's Footwear and Clothing, our story begins with a passion for shoes. Our founder, Carolyn Hearne, started selling Birkenstocks in 1971 out of her small business in Berthoud, CO. Over the years, we've grown and evolved, but our commitment to quality, comfort, and timeless style has remained unwavering.

Our Journey

In 1985, we relocated to Greeley, CO, and Carolyn opened the first Hearne's in the front room of our old Victorian home. In 2001, I, Maia Baccari Hearne, joined the family business, and we welcomed our current location in Old Town Fort Collins, CO. Throughout our journey, we've been blessed to serve an amazing community, and we're grateful for the trust you've placed in us.
