Our multiple custom powder coating lines are designed with quality and versatility in mind. The automatic lines can handle parts up to 26' x 3' x 6' and up to 1100#, while the monorail batch system handles parts 40'x10'x10' up to 2,000#. This allows us to handle everything from small intricate parts to large-scale architectural components, such as light poles, electrical enclosures, aluminum extrusions, axles, and tanks.
