Leslie Dickenson, the owner of Royal Aesthetics, has been in the skin care industry for nearly 18 years. She has had the opportunity to work in prestigious medical spas and train with renowned medical doctors, registered nurses, and aestheticians. Leslie is constantly updating her knowledge by attending advanced training courses focusing on cutting-edge non-surgical techniques.

Leslie works closely with Haley Knowles, NP, and Patricia Allamon, MD, to tailor treatment plans to address each client's specific concerns. Whether it's through a series of in-office laser procedures or a customized skincare regimen, Leslie is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their desired results while staying within their budget.

Dr. Patricia Allamon, our medical director, is a board-certified family physician with over 18 years of experience in the medical field. She has experience working in medical aesthetics and specializes in areas such as medical cannabis, adult ADHD, sick care/urgent care, primary care/chronic care, weight management, hormone optimization, mental health, anti-aging, and longevity for peptide and NAD therapy.

Haley Knowles, our nurse practitioner, has a passion for wellness and aesthetics. She is certified in critical care nursing and is currently working towards certification as an aesthetic nurse. Haley is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest treatments and guidelines to provide the best care for her patients.
