The Simpson Companies, a family-owned and operated business, has been serving the Vermont and New Hampshire region with distinction for over 40 years. Founded in 1970 by Earle Simpson, the company started as a one-man residential construction firm, but soon expanded to undertake large-scale commercial projects, including schools, courthouses, and industrial parks. In the 1980s, Earle Simpson saw an opportunity to create planned residential communities in the Upper Valley region near Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Since then, the company has built over 600 homes in the area and has continued to grow and evolve.
