Our journey began when Chef Jon purchased Bearded Baking Co. (formerly known as Michelle's Gourmet Pastries and Deli) in 2019. With his expertise in cake decoration and passion for baking, Jon has transformed the business into a premier destination for custom cakes, wedding cakes, and gourmet pastries in New Hampshire. Our work has been featured in NH Bride Magazine and even on Food Network's "Holiday Baking Championship" in 2020.
