Our Story

Opened in 2007, StorHouse Storage Center was founded by Marc Hermann, the successful founder of Channel Coast Marine. After years of planning and study, StorHouse was created to provide a high-quality storage solution that meets the unique needs of our customers. Our team of professionals strives to provide the best customer service and assistance, making us the go-to storage facility in Oxnard.

Our Services

At StorHouse, we offer a variety of services to make your storage experience convenient and hassle-free. Our business center is equipped with copy/fax service, WiFi availability, and a conference room with a speaker phone and internet. We also provide routine maintenance to our RV and boat storage tenants, as well as a truck and driver if needed. Additionally, our security system includes the use of tenant proximity cards, individually alarmed units, and extensive digital surveillance with over 125 cameras.

Security

The security of our customers' belongings is our top priority. That's why we have implemented a comprehensive security system that includes the use of tenant proximity cards, individually alarmed units, and extensive digital surveillance with over 125 cameras. We also require photo ID for all tenants and have controlled access to gates and elevators. Our facility is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, including holidays, and we offer 24/7 valet access.
