Our story began when our founder, Doug Ellington, built his first photo booth in 2010 for his own wedding. However, he soon realized that he needed a partner who shared his vision and skills to help take Photomatica to the next level. That's when he met Matt Dewalt, a like-minded entrepreneur who shared Doug's passion for photo booths. Together, they built and restored over 150 custom photo booths, produced thousands of events, and created a team of talented individuals who share their enthusiasm for photography.
