Meet Our Team
Our team is led by President Matt Burns, who is a graduate of Duke University and has a background in economics and political science. Michael Burns, our founder and head of sales, has lived in the Wilmington area for over 30 years and has a background in executive roles at Fortune 500 companies. Casey Shaffer, our lead installer, has been installing hurricane shutters for over 25 years and has trained many of the installers in the Wilmington area.
