At Shingletown Medical Center, we are committed to providing quality primary and preventive care, behavioral health care, and community outreach services to the residents and visitors of the greater Shingletown area. For over 35 years, we have been dedicated to making quality healthcare accessible to all, regardless of demographics or income. Our mission is to create a healthier community by increasing access to care for all members of our community, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, orientation, or ability to pay.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services including primary care, chiropractic care, mental health services, and telehealth. Our primary care services are designed to meet the needs of patients of all ages, from routine check-ups to managing chronic conditions. Our chiropractic care services focus on pain relief, improved mobility, and stress reduction. For mental health, we provide support and tools to overcome psychological, emotional, and social challenges. Additionally, our telehealth services allow patients to access healthcare remotely, including behavioral health, endocrinology, rheumatology, and nutrition education.
Community Services
We also offer community services such as a Fitness Center and an Emergency Food Closet. Our Fitness Center aims to elevate the overall health of our community by providing a space for physical activity. The Emergency Food Closet ensures that everyone in our community has access to basic necessities.
