We invite you to visit our physical store or shop with us online for flowers that are more than just pretty decorations. Our shop is open for in-store shopping, and we take great care to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our customers. We also offer no-contact curbside pick-up and front-door delivery for those who prefer a touch-free experience.

Artisan Floral Design

Founded and run by floral designer Ceciel Coolegem Fosco, a native of the Netherlands, Ceciel's Flowers has been creating impactful and eye-catching floral arrangements for over 23 years. Ceciel's approach is rooted in pairing your personality or purpose with the character of the flowers. We believe that the flowers should be the stars of the show, speaking eloquently on their own.

Ceciel's extensive knowledge of flowers and design trends has earned us a loyal following of clients who rely on us for our expert advice and beautiful designs. From romantic roses and lush peonies to bright sunflowers and exotic orchids, we work with fresh, high-quality flowers to create unique and meaningful arrangements for every occasion.

Workshops and Events

In addition to custom arrangements, we also host in-house workshops, limited to 5 participants, providing a safe and intimate learning environment. We will also continue offering virtual workshops for those who prefer to learn from the comfort of their own homes.

We are proud to collaborate with local businesses, including a local African American and woman-owned candle-making business, resulting in two custom scents for the shop: Blu Jasmin and Green House.
