What is Reiki?

Reiki is a widely accepted holistic healing method used in healthcare centers around the world. This non-invasive, natural technique assists in healing the body on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and accelerating the body's natural healing abilities. During a Reiki session, the practitioner uses light touch to locate and relieve energy blockages, promoting a state of balance and harmony within the body.

Our Approach

Our approach is centered around the belief that optimal health and wellness can be achieved through a combination of traditional and alternative healing methods. Our practitioner, Kathie Vigneau Davis, M.S., is a Usui Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner, and Intuitive Energy Healer with a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.
