Our services encompass a wide range of events, from intimate dinners for 10 to grand celebrations for 250 guests. We specialize in weddings, rehearsal dinners, and after-parties, but we are also delighted to cater any other events you may be considering. Our partner venues include the breathtaking Riverside Farm, the rustic Amee Farm Lodge, the charming Trailside Inn, and many other exclusive locations. For smaller, more intimate gatherings, we offer our inviting private event space, "The Backroom."

Kevin Lasko, Chef/Partner
Chef Kevin Lasko is a seasoned professional with years of experience working in some of New York City's most acclaimed kitchens. He has spent the past decade as the Executive Chef of Park Avenue Seasons, a renowned new-American restaurant on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Under his leadership, the restaurant has won numerous accolades, including two stars from The New York Times, the title of Best New Restaurant from New York Magazine, and a spot on Forbes Magazine's Best Eateries in New York City list for 2013.
Chef Lasko is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, and he has always been drawn to Vermont's rich farm and dairy roots. He believes that the state stands at the critical intersection of agriculture, cuisine, and all things culinary. With Vermont Farms Catering, Chef Lasko brings his in-depth knowledge of seasonal ingredients and expertly executed fine dining to your table.
Katie Stiles, Event Director/Partner
Katie Stiles is a seasoned publicist and marketing professional with years of experience working for some of the country's most well-known chefs, including Alain Ducasse, Michael White, and Michael Mina. She spent several years at Bullfrog & Baum, a prominent public relations firm, before moving in-house to work as the Public Relations & Marketing Director for Fourth Wall Restaurants.
At Fourth Wall, Katie met Kevin Lasko, and the pair collaborated on a wide range of events, from conception to implementation and production. Katie has an innate ability to turn ideas into reality, and she works closely with guests to bring their events' vision to life. She specializes in creating custom cocktails, signature beers, and Vermont-themed welcome gifts for friends and family.
