At Knoke & Kind Law Office, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients in South Central Wisconsin. Our firm has a rich history, dating back to 1974 when Gregory E. Knoke first moved to Monroe, WI. With a strong foundation in personal injury law, we have expanded our practice areas to include estate planning, probate, general civil litigation, criminal and traffic defense, real estate, and family law.

Gregory E. Knoke

Gregory attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earning his Bachelor of Science-Pre Law in 1967, and later graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School in 1970. Following law school, Mr. Knoke served four years as a Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Army, where he prosecuted and defended criminal cases. His extensive experience includes being a member of various organizations such as the State Bar of Wisconsin, Green County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Peter J. Kind

Peter joined the firm in 2009 as an intern and became a partner in 2014. His practice areas include family law, personal injury, criminal, and estate planning and probate. Peter grew up in Waukesha, WI, and after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Computer Science, he served in the United States Navy for 22 years as a Naval Aviator. He completed his Masters of Science in Aviation Systems from the University of Tennessee and later attended law school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating with honors in 2010.
