Our company was founded in 1984 by Larry and Mark Valenti, and since then, we have grown to become a reputable player in the commercial and multi-family property management and brokerage industry.

Company History

Our company has undergone significant changes over the years to adapt to the evolving real estate market. In 1984, Valenti-Held Property Management Inc. was established, and in 1992, the Real Estate Corporation was formed. In 2002, the company changed its name to Valenti Real Estate Services, Inc. to better reflect its objectives and goals. Today, our company offers full-service property management and brokerage services, catering to commercial and multi-family properties across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.

Organization and Membership

Our company is led by experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our team is comprised of:

• Matthew Phillips, President and Chairman of the Board, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management from the University of Southern Indiana. Matthew has extensive experience in the property management and real estate industry.
• Tonya Phillips, Vice President and Principal Broker, with over 25 years of experience in accounting and property management. Tonya holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and is a Real Estate Broker in Michigan and Indiana.
