Empowering Family Physicians, Enhancing Patient Care
The Washington Academy of Family Physicians (WAFP) is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering family physicians in Washington State. With approximately 4,000 members, WAFP is the largest medical specialty organization in the state. Our mission is to represent and serve the community of family physicians, residents, and students, providing advocacy, education, development, research, and leadership opportunities.
