Meet Dr. Kevin Cook, M.D.Dr. Kevin Cook, M.D. earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. After medical school, Dr. Cook began his specialized training at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Cook then had the privilege to complete a fellowship at the Craniofacial Center in Dallas. This patient-centered experience, at one of the busiest craniofacial centers in the country, provided Dr. Cook with the education and resources needed to effectively handle the most difficult plastic surgery challenges.
