Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing service removes dirt, mold, and grime from concrete, brick, and stone surfaces using adjustable pressure techniques. Commercial clients benefit from our experience with large-scale projects like the Alabama Power parking deck. Residential customers enjoy driveway, sidewalk, and patio restoration that enhances property value while protecting surfaces from water damage.
Window Cleaning
Professional window cleaning includes multi-story residential and commercial buildings using hand-scrub and squeegee methods. Our team safely accesses high-rise windows while protecting surrounding landscaping. Services include storm window maintenance, skylight cleaning, and commercial building washes that maintain professional appearances for businesses in Birmingham's downtown area.
Gutter Cleaning
Comprehensive gutter cleaning prevents water damage through complete debris removal and downspout clearing. Our process includes roof debris cleanup and post-service inspections to identify potential repairs. Residential customers receive seasonal maintenance plans while commercial properties benefit from scheduled upkeep that prevents costly infrastructure damage from clogged drainage systems.
Deck Restoration
Deck cleaning combines eco-friendly chemical treatments with low-pressure washing to remove mildew without damaging wood fibers. The two-step process prepares surfaces for Wolman Wood Sealer application that prevents future weathering. This service extends deck lifespan while restoring natural wood appearance for homeowners preparing for seasonal entertaining.
Roof Cleaning
Specialized roof cleaning eliminates Gleocapsa Magma algae using no-pressure chemical treatments that preserve shingle integrity. Our method prevents future growth while maintaining roof reflectivity to improve energy efficiency. This service addresses both aesthetic concerns and structural protection, with technicians trained in Alabama's specific climate challenges.
