Poor Customer Service and Unsatisfactory Experience
Several reviewers experienced poor customer service at Joyful Eyecare. Ks & A. C. Taylor gave the clinic a 1-star rating, stating that they did not inform them that they needed to make two appointments for contacts. The reviewer was required to return four hours later, which was inconvenient. Additionally, they felt that the doctor and franchise owner were not interested in customer service.
Inadequate Communication and Unpreparedness
Another reviewer, Jessica Pagan, gave a 1-star rating after a disappointing experience. She was left waiting in a room for 35 minutes and the doctor never arrived. This was the second time this had happened to her, and she does not recommend the clinic.
