Our CEO and Creative Director, Lee Lawrence, has decades of experience in digital marketing, package design, print advertising, and more. He loves to push pixels around a screen and create pretty pictures, seeing the world through a designer's eye.

Our COO and Creative Director, Jason Ramirez, has more than 20 years of experience as a Graphic and Web Designer, and Video Editor. His passion for marketing is rooted in a variety of disciplines, including digital, print, mobile, social, video production, and more. A self-professed country music freak, marathon runner, and classic car gearhead, Jason loves looking at the world through a camera lens.

Phil Hering, our VP of Brand Strategy, has honed his chops with heavyweights like HGTV's "Fixer Upper" and Behr Paint. A true marketing maverick, Phil's a go-to guy for an underdog brand's sassy makeover to snatch up some market share.

Alyson Luman, our Videographer & Photographer, has 10+ years of experience creating art behind the lens. She relishes in opportunities that lie within artistry and imagination while telling stories with visual elements.
