As a family-run business, Mike's father, Sam Powers, joined the company, bringing his extensive knowledge of investigations and the law. Sam's impressive background includes serving as a police chief in Huber Heights, Ohio and Des Moines, Iowa, and achieving the rank of Lieutenant, overseeing the organized crime unit in Franklin County.

The next generation of Powers Investigations was introduced when Mike's youngest son, Steve Powers, joined the team. Steve's lifelong interest in investigation led him to serve clients with enthusiasm, skill, and discretion. His expansive knowledge of investigative tactics allows clients to receive the information they need.
