Meet Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced and compassionate medical professionals who are committed to your health and wellness.

Dr. Sokunthirith Thach, DO is a board-certified and licensed osteopathic Family Medicine physician. Her clinical interests include preventative medicine, adolescent medicine, women's health, and chronic disease management. She offers osteopathic manipulation as adjunctive therapy for various medical conditions. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Thach provides a holistic, collaborative approach to patient care and values the unique partnerships fostered between her and her patients.

Dr. Jader Harlow, DO, MPH is an osteopathic physician with more than 10 years of experience. She is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Dr. Harlow utilizes a holistic approach to help her patients fully understand their own bodies and improve their quality of life. She obtained a Master of Public Health with a focus in community health education and believes that disease prevention is paramount to sustained health. She speaks English and is also conversant in Spanish and Creole.

Dr. Sandra Sarmiento, MD is board-certified in Family Medicine. After graduating from Universidad Libre in Colombia in 1990, Dr. Sarmiento completed Family Medicine Training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso TX. She later pursued Acupuncture training at University of Miami in 2017 and 2019. Her clinical interests include whole family health/wellness care and acupuncture. She speaks both English and Spanish.

Abigail Evans, MSN, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Goshen College with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2016. She has experience in pediatrics and women's health.
