Aquatic Physical Therapy

At O Physical Therapy, we believe that aquatic physical therapy is an excellent way to restore range of motion and strength in a pain-free environment. Our experienced physical therapists, Karen Heap and Jennifer Maggio, are specially trained in aquatic physical therapy and have over 25 years of experience in this field. Aquatic physical therapy is performed in water with direct assistance from the O Physical Therapist and utilizes the buoyancy and resistance of the water to reduce stress on the joints and muscles.
