Founded by Rob Kendall, our company was built on a simple promise: to provide effective and affordable pest solutions for our customers. Our early years were marked by focused growth, building a solid foundation of expertise and resources to serve our community. From our initial, modest beginnings, we moved into a dedicated office and shop in Linton in 1987. As our reputation for excellence spread, we expanded again in 1996, moving to our current facility on Northeast A St. in Linton. We are constantly striving to improve and evolve, and with the recent addition of Clayton Kendall, a second-generation pest management specialist, our team is poised for continued growth and success.

Our service offerings are designed to provide you with the peace of mind that comes with knowing your property is protected. We offer three levels of service plans to ensure we find the perfect solution for your needs and budget:

Basic Service Plan

This plan provides essential protection for your home's exterior perimeter. Our technicians will treat the base of your house, shrubbery, eaves, overhangs, and under decks, safeguarding against common "occasional invaders" like ants, spiders, roaches, centipedes, millipedes, silverfish, earwigs, pillbugs, and crickets. The Basic Service Plan includes four seasonal treatments - once in the spring, summer, early fall, and late fall - ensuring year-round protection. Termite monitoring can be added at an additional cost.

Premium Service Plan

For enhanced protection, the Premium Service Plan combines three exterior treatments with one comprehensive interior treatment during the winter months. This plan offers a higher level of insect control and includes the placement and maintenance of rodent bait stations, if desired. The winter service covers crawl spaces and basements, providing a complete defense against potentially invading pests during the colder months.

Platinum Service Plan

Our most comprehensive service plan, Platinum offers four interior treatments and three exterior treatments annually. This plan includes rodent bait stations, as well as advanced termite monitoring program designed to detect any termite activity in your area. The Platinum Service Plan provides the highest level of protection and peace of mind.

In addition to our established service plans, we also offer flexible Monthly Service Plans tailored specifically to commercial accounts that face a higher risk of pest intrusion due to the constant flow of inventory, supplies, or personnel.
