Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every event is a success, from weddings and parties to corporate events and festivals. We also offer new tents for purchase and manufacture, install, and repair canvas and vinyl awnings.

Our rental inventory includes a wide range of tents, from 10'x10' to 60'x300', available in various colors and sizes. We also have a large selection of rental chairs and tables, perfect for your event seating needs. Additionally, we offer disposable plastic table covers and utility light strands for rent. Our tents are manufactured with 13 oz. flame-resistant vinyl, ensuring safety and durability.

Our service area includes Arkansas and neighboring states, with mileage fees applying for locations beyond a certain distance. We recommend booking rentals as far in advance as possible, especially for peak season. For rentals within 2 weeks of an event, please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests.

We understand the importance of flexibility and offer a cancellation policy for rentals. However, please note that cancellation within 3 days of the agreed setup date will incur a fee, except for firework sellers, who will be charged the full rental agreement total.

If you're looking to purchase a tent, we offer new and used tents for sale. Used tent selections depend on what we have available in our rental inventory. New tent purchases can be manufactured to your specific color and size preferences, with delivery available within Arkansas and surrounding states.

For awning needs, we offer custom-made vinyl and canvas awnings, available in a variety of colors and fabrics. We can also re-cover existing awning frames or manufacture new ones. Our service area for awnings includes cities within a 50-mile radius from White Hall, AR. We provide free awning estimates and do not offer awning cleaning services.
