Our Projects

We have completed numerous projects across various industries, including commercial, industrial, education, government, hospitality, medical, military, and agriculture/food processing. Some of our notable projects include:

• Anacortes High School Replacement and Modernization: We were awarded the mechanical portion of this comprehensive, multiple phase project, which will result in more than 160,000 square feet of new construction and extensive modernizations to select remaining portions of this occupied campus.

• Western Washington University - Academic Instructional Center (AIC): We were awarded the mechanical subcontract for this 138,000 square foot multi-story facility, which was certified LEED Silver by the US Green Building Council. The project features natural ventilation throughout the office and common areas, steam heat exchangers for hydronic heating and potable hot water, two floors of biology laboratory space with a separate, isolated HVAC system, a vivarium with a steam powered cage washer, an audiology lab space, and classroom space for approximately 750 students.

• Birchwood Elementary School: The project featured classroom, administrative, and audio-visual auditorium space as well as a full-service kitchen, gymnasium, cafeteria, and library. HVAC was provided through a hydronic heating system utilizing variable air volume heat recovery units and convectors. Two natural gas condensing boilers serve the hydronic heating loop and split system AC units are utilized to provide cooling to IT spaces.
