Executive Team

Our executive team is led by Tom Samascott, President, and Wayne Samascott, Vice President. Tom has an impressive history of developing and constructing outstanding residential developments in Saratoga County, NY. Wayne has been a familiar presence on Malta Development construction sites from a very young age and has a deep understanding of the home building industry. Shannon Samascott serves as the Office Manager and works closely with her brother, Wayne, as the next generation of the company.
